God DOES answer all prayers

Ain't that strange? But it's a true fact. Anything you want, you just pray, and God will answer your prayer. "But wait!" you say. "I asked God to make me rich. I asked God to heal my sick child. I asked God for all these things, and I still don't have them." So? What's your point? God DID answer your prayers. But sometimes, the answer is "No"...

And sometimes no is the answer that was appropriate at the time.

God is always there when we need him. Yes, sometimes the answer is no. That doesn't matter. He will always look after us. I count on him each and every day.

I don't think He always looks after us...I think He expects us to do that for ourselves somewhat.

@JolietJake I think he does, but he doesn't expect us to sit on our butts and do nothing.

He answered mine for sure. I have been asking him for forgiveness for something I did a few years ago and never felt at ease visiting his temple after that. Tomorrow I am going to that temple, have to take aunty which means god wanted me to forgive me. I believe in god bro.

Sometimes the answer is No because He has something better for us . We must just persevere in our prayers and continue doing good .

Lots of people seem to think their prayers weren't answered because they didn't get what they asked for.

Your right God does answer ALL prayers-in His timing. Sometimes he didn't say a flat no sometimes it is a not yet. But He always hears us and He is always here for us.

I don't ask Him for anything. He is there, I think He is there, and I feel happy. Sometimes I mutter something, but I swear those are not the 'prayers'. At least not for gaining something. Just a one-sided conversation opener!

and no is still an answer, it's just not favourable to us.

Or perhaps not seemingly favorable to us. But as someone mentioned, it could be a no because there is something better for us. If this is the case, then the no is actually favorable, we just don't immediately see it as that.

God answers in his own ways. Is money and the only criteria of counting ones riches? Maybe a small sickness would have warded off a major illness.et all.

Maybe His answer was 'No'...just because you don't like an answer doesn't mean it wasn't answered.

Sometimes 'No' would do us more good than 'yes'.

Some prayers got answers immediately. some takes time and got its answer at the appropriate time. Some never. That means that is not God's will for us. God always permits anything which is good for us.

Humanity has Gods from the begining. I think that God can't help us. Th? power of our brain and belief that God will help us is helping us. And here some of you will ask yourself Is God real? I don't know but I know that my belief in me help me everytime. God won't give you food or something...you should earn money to buy your food alone. That is my opinion!

If it is not a No then it will be HIM just taking HIS time or doing what HE thinks is best for you.

We were just chatting about this exact question yesterday afternoon after bowls, and I mentioned to a friend - Why would God be hung up with my trivial stuff, when there are MUCH bigger issues he is called upon to resolve.

HE's got to be one very busy dude @JolietJake . Imagine listening to 7.2 billion people just on this planet alone. I don't think HIM even taking Sunday's off is enough rest time.
