It has been a long time but i can feel, it is happening again. Last week, i was busy. So busy that i skipped a proper.breakfast and just have a slice of white.bread. Since i am rushing some invitations, i missed snacks and lunch and it was my.mistake. While chatting with a friend, felt something. I am sweating like crazy in an air conditioned office, weak and shaking with palpitations. Hypoglycemia. Yes, my blood sugar went low to the normal level. And it has been a months since i have been hypoglycemic. Having it low is not okay, have to take sweets like sugar and soda and even asked.someone to buy me a bottle. Ugh! Lesson learned, be watchful.of health than work.

That doesn't sound very good. Do you have diabetes or is this just something that happens from time to time?

Some people tend to skip meal just to finish a task or something, risking their health.

Diet is so important. I eat even if I don't want to just to keep my body working properly. It's good you remembered why you were feeling bad. and it s good to let others know too.

That happens to me, too. I heard that protein helps. Sometimes, I just devour an apple.

That's true. Sometimes we tend to forget important things because of our busy schedule. But prioritize your health as always.

This happens to me at times too. I get so busy that I forget to stop what I am doing to eat. If I don't eat though I have a migraine-really painful and scary too. Sometimes those turn into seizures so I have to be careful as well.

@Lucky15 Not that I don't like juices and some times even a soft drink. Lemon is good too with a sweetener.

You should not skip breakfast and lunch, it is normal to feel dizzy and unwell if you stay too long without eating.

I oftentimes eat bitter gourd, cheaper than apple and easier to cook. LOL. I eat steam cassava too.
