ATTENTION PLEASE: I HAVE AN IMMEDIATE JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND VACUUM MY HOUSE A FEW TIMES EACH WEEK Payscale is about like myLot, a minimum of $5 per month, you will be paid based on interaction with me...and I don't like company...so do the job and gitcherself outta here! But seriously, I hate vacuuming. Always have. I just hate the sound of the danged things. But when your cat is being cute, so you take a photo, and then look at it and think "I'm ashamed for people to see that floor" it's probably time to vacuum anyway. I need a Magic Vacuum Fairy...with a quiet vacuum...to come and do it for me while I sleep. I advertised on Craig's List, Angie's List...I even advertised on the Hoover and Shark websites...nothin'. So I decided to turn to myLot. Anyway, if there are any Magic Vacuum Fairies out there looking for work...and you accept Paypal...gimme a shout at SomeGuyTyping@InHisBed.Room. Immediate positions available.

so your cat is not cute on an unvacuumed floor? I have vacuuming as well so I had all my carpets ripped out and put stone and wooden floor in.

I should but I can't afford it. The carpets are 45 years old (original from when the house was built) and survived 7 kids growing up and innumerable pets. They are shot.

@JolietJake So you do not think there is something pretty like hardwood under the carpet?

If you get more then 1 applicant pm me, I just hate to vacuum also. The motion bothers my back-that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

@JolietJake I hate it, because, like sweeping or raking, that motion hurts my back. We had a dog that hated the sound of the vacuum cleaner, and I used to refer to it as the big grey monster, and when I got it out I'd tell her that and she'd run to our bed and lay there until I put the monster away. She didn't like the sound of the hair dryer either though.

I hate it. I seriously started to snap a photo of Scar and thought "I can't post that floor online, people will think I'm a slob" which I AM of course, but I don't need people to really know that.

Ha, ha, I wish you luck. The reason most of us are here is because we don't like vacuuming! I use Smooch the Cat as an excuse, he hates the vacuum cleaner and he's far too old to have his sleep disturbed. He sleeps all day and I'm not going to vacuum at night!

@JolietJake it kind of boils down to that doesn't it - for the sake of online photos!

I don't mind vacuuming. But I don't think the payout would cover the plane ticket. Could you train Scar to vacuum? Bet you could even dress him up in a little maid's costume, too!

I am like you and hate vacuuming. Maybe we need to get a roomba to sweep our carpeted floors and then Scar can ride on it at your house and Princess at my house.

I'd get a Roomba but Scar would probably attack it...or 'mark' it as his territory

Theres a lot of cleaning company where you are based, or do some exercise, especially when you are a little bit aging we need that too. Vacuuming floor is one of my exercise take note dont turn on the ac. So youll get sweat at all.;)

I'd come do it...but I hate vacuuming. You'd have to add some more zeros between that 5 and the . for me to be motivated :P

I'd suggest one of those robots that zoom around and do it for you, roomba? But Scar would prob not appreciate it lol

This is when you need to set a shallow depth of field on your camera so that Scar is in focus and the toast crumbs on the carpet are not.

If you get any applicants from Australia, send them my way - although all our floors are look-alike wood-grained lino so I don't have to vacuum too often.

aren't there yet these magic vacuum robots available in the United States probably not the cheapest thing to invest in but the most comfortable one - as it will do the job even daily for you on its own
