Happy Memorial Day

Hubby is off picking up my middle daughter as she wanted to go to the cemeteries with us this year.
This is the first Memorial Day for hubby since losing his mom.
I will post again later to share one of the pictures I will take today while we are out. We have 3 cemeteries that we will visit today to put flowers on the graves of our loved ones.
For those in the United States, what are your plans today? For those not in the United States, does your country celebrate a Memorial Day?

I do not generally celebrate the day. I think my dad may have gone out to some of the cemeteries, but this may be the last year that he can.

I can recall a lot of Memorial Days down through the years. Hope it is a nice day for you.

The Canadian "memorial day" was last week, its different but similar. We don't have anyone in the cemeteraries of Canada, they are in the states and we visit them when we visit relatives.
