Rummage Sale, Bake Sale, and a Birthday Party

What a busy day! We had the church rummage sale along with the youth bake sale from 8 am to 3 pm. The kids ended up making $50 at the bake sale. We only sold $58 all day at the rummage sale, which isn't good no matter what, but even worse because the ad in the newspaper cost $30. After we cleaned up there, and I cleaned the bathrooms and took out the trash at church, I attempted to take a 30 minute nap before heading out for Jacob's birthday party. Oh my the birthday party--we ended up driving all over town to finally find a park space that was open! Then it seemed like the wind just came out of nowhere, just when we were grilling the hotdogs and brats. It all ended well and the kids had fun. I came home and did a little bit of cleaning around the house (being a good girl) before sitting down here in front of the computer for the rest of the evening and late into the night. I have another full day tomorrow, but that's a post for tomorrow :) How has your Saturday been? p.s. For lack of another image for right now I'm sharing this picture of one of our kittens.
