Why?
It is hotter out where @SconiBear & @MissyBear live...104 °F...but it only FEELS like 98 °F...but here it is 95 °F and FEELS like 103 °F.
So it FEELS hotter here than it does there, although it is cooler here...ALLEGEDLY... 
IT JUST ISN'T FAIR!!! 
Someone needs to tell those Weather People that they need to get this weather straightened out!
It should be cooler where it is cooler and hotter where it is hotter!!!
NOT hotter where it is cooler and cooler where it is hotter!!!
This is confusing me. 
And giving me a headache.

If you have='AC turn it o n do nt suffer JJ I have to go down in a short while toi get my blood sugare testedd they will not allow us to have meters to use in our rooms and I
really do hate that they to o k all my testing supplies away from me and I h ave to join the croud now grrerrrrrrrrrrrr

Dry or humid helps a lot too. It would give me a headache also. When I used to go visit my BFF in Oklahoma the air was so humid it seemed so much hotter there.

Yeah, humidity here is 42% vs only 8% there, makes a big difference in the ambiance
