My First Month Being Secretary

This was my first month sitting in front of quilt guild as the secretary--reading the correspondence and the minutes into the microphone. I was near as nervous as I thought I would be about doing that in front of a group of about 60 people.
Maybe I am getting better about being outgoing---or I know most of them well enough after these years to feel more comfortable doing it.
My picture has nothing to do with quilt guild. It's one of my very favorite pictures that I took on my mission trip. I was trying to take a picture of the colt while we visited at one of the family's homes. This horse kept insisting on getting in front of my camera. I asked him if he was jealous and then told him ok, I will take your picture.

When I was a CPR/First Aid instructor for the American Red Cross I was always so nervous. I was that way up until my last class. Of course I was younger then and not as experienced as I am now. I hope it continues to get easier for you to read those notes!

All the animals, big and small certainly have their own personalities. Congrats on surviving being secretary.
