"Legend of Tarzan" Was a Lot of Fun!

If you grew up watching "Tarzan" as a kid, you might enjoy seeing this new version, "The Legend of Tarzan." It approaches the story from a different angle.
In this new version, Tarzan has already left the jungle with Jane, and the two of them are now comfortably living in Greystone Castle as a very civilized Lord and Lady.
However, Lord Greystone is approached with a request to help the British government secure a deal with the Belgium government, by returning to the Congo.
Of course, Jane wants to go with him ... despite his foreboding about the journey.
Once they get back to Africa, they are greeted with open arms by the villagers where Jane grew up.
However ... things do not go smoothly and an incredible adventure begins.
If you enjoy exciting, edge-of-your-seat movies, with unbelievable images of gorillas, lions, elephants and more, you may enjoy this movie.

@JudyEv - It was a lot of fun. Not particularly serious, but with the current political situation in the U.S., it was nice to get out and watch something light.

what a great review ya gave such, hon. i'm prone to not watchin' these movies 'til they come out'n the cheap side, lol. will put such'n my 'list' though. 'course, i'm sure such'd be best'n a proper theater, eh? some jest seem to lose the 'magic' when smacked'n a t.v. screen, eh?

Of course I enjoyed "Me Tarzan, you Jane" movies.....I would love to see this too.It hasn't come to the theaters here .

I couldn't find anyone to go with me, so I went by myself. There were 3 other people in the theater with me... and of course we all sat close together... 
I was actually chatting with the fellow in the wheelchair, we had gotten to chatting while getting stuff from the concession stand. I really enjoyed the movie, I think it has been seriously underrated by the critics and those who believe them.

I believe this movie is a sequel not of the Tarzan movies but of the the book. I mean Tarzan already got education on this one and he wears pants.
