The Food Network has been in a decline for awhile in my opinion but lately they really seem to be phoning it in. They do these huge blocks of shows each night where they will play one show for like 5 or 6 hours in a row. If you don't like the show, well buddy, you are out of luck!
But Fridays are the most INSANE. They start playing Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives at 2pm and it goes straight on through until 4am. They show FOURTEEN HOURS of the same show in a row. Is it just me or is that a) crazy b) lazy c) repetitive or d) all of the above ?
I don't pretend to know what The Powers That Be at Food Network are thinking, but I have to say that this maneuver makes it look like they aren't even thinking. Do they really think that even the most die-hard, loyal FN or DDD or Guy Fieri fan wants to see that much of the same stuff? Come on now!

I'm also bored with these marathon shows on Food Network. Hopefully they'll have new shows in the fall

I watch it occasionally, not a lot though.
PS...slight typo in the title

I just can't stand watching Guy Fieri. I think he must be sleeping with someone to get all the air time. I still watch Worst Cooks in America, but PBS has better food programming.

That's too much. Maybe you should write to the network or send them a tweet.
