Hello everyone and Good Sunday evening. We just got home a little bit ago from camping it was alot of fun.
I worked half a day on Friday it was last minute and then we came home packed and loaded the car wit the family and headed to darien lake. We camped there from Friday-Sunday.
Friday night we rode a bunch of rides and went to the laser light show. Saturday we didn't get to ride much as it stormed off and on all day long. So we just played games and walked around once it did stop raining. Today we got to ride alot of rides and do the water park again. So it was a much nicer day today.
I got sunburnt a bit and eaten alive by mosquitoes. But all in all it was a great weekend. I am just glad to be home and in my own bed tonight. Our family is going to make this a yearly thing for the kids every summer. We used to do it when we were kids also and camped every 4th of july weekend.
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend I will catch up on articles when I get the chance too. I am exhausted today. Have a great Sunday.

@juliaacv it was an awesome weekend. I slept 12 hours last night in my own bed and still exhausted today.

@simone10 we camped at an amusement park it's called Darien lake theme park was six flags but they changed the name again.

@simone10 yeah we rented a cabin this time as it sleeps 9 people and that's how many we had. Was alot of fun

@Blondie2222 Oh, how fun! I used to live in Dallas, Tx and we would go to Six Flags a lot. I always had such a good time.

ya camped where there were rides 'n laser shows? 'n here i thought the purpose 'f campin' 'twas to get 'way from't all, lol. glad the weather cleared, no doubt the young'uns were most pleased.

@crazyhorseladycx yes it was at an amusement park. It was called six flags before but changed the name back to darien lake theme park

I had a great weekend except for the tornado that hit Manila yesterday afternoon (Sunday).

I had a good weekend. Class reunion on Saturday was very nice and church picnic on Sunday, also very nice.
