I love finding good deals on books. There are great shops that sell used books. I am always looking for classics or other books that I need for my courses and I almost always find them for under 8 dollars in used book shops. Why pay more than 20 dollars in some cases for novels when you can find them for a lot less at used book stores or on amazon.

I love strolling in the flea markets and buy some old books there. They are cheap.

Amazon is pretty expensive, there are some shops nearby which sell good books for a low price. Also there are some very good apps out there.

True, some amazon books are expensive. I found some for 99 cents though, used of course.

It's always worth to have a look at used books first. Most of the time you can find what you search at a much lower price.

We have a bookstore specifically selling used books on a bargain and the bookstore's name is aptly called "Booksale". Most of the books I have in my small private library is bought from booksale. I usually but them for roughly 4 dollars there. Imagine John Grisham books for only 4 dollars! Man do I love that store.

That's exactly right. Books in Australia are taxed so we rarely buy a new book nowadays. There are dozens in second-hand stores, op shops, etc as well as online where you can get good used books.

I don't understand why they tax educational things like books more than they tax things that are harmful to people.

True . That';s why my nephew has a mountain of books in his room . He always would but at thrift stores with used books already . It's a bargain so he buys a lot and end up not being able to read some because he still have his full time job as a teacher to attend to .

I love getting books for a good cheap price. I like to read a lot so it works well for me. Thrift books is a great website to get books in good condition for as low as $2-$4 sometimes.
