Have you walked at the very early time of the day? I have for the first time in my life.
I am not fond of doing any exercise besides dancing. Not even jogging. Well, I have walked but not in the wee hour of the day. I usually walked in the afternoon, strolling in the forest in Germany.
Yesterday Sunday morning, I accompanied my cousin, my sister and her daughter walking in the country side of our town. I have never walked at 4.30 in the morning. But I did this time. We walked at this very early hour of the day because the sun was not yet hot. In fact, it was still cold for my companions that they were wearing jackets. Maybe the temperature was 20 degrees celcius but I was sweating. I was used to the cold weather of Germany.
It was the first time I walked in the countryside of my home town. We passed through rice fields and coconut trees. There were plenty of Moringa trees on the sides of the rice fields. Cassava plants were there as well.
There were only 2 men joggers besides us maybe because it was Sunday. That place was the place where people were enjoying their early walks and jogs.
Have you walked so early in the morning for an exercise?

No, I am not home for good @just4him. I only stay here for a few months. My hubby and I will spend our Christmas here and then go home to Germany again. Stay there for a few months and come back to Philippines again. Just on and off traveling.

Once I did, for a whooping 2 hours. Mom made me follow her in the winter, it was so cold, and on returning home I was too tired but did enjoy the scenery like you did!

Wow, is this a photo of where you walked? I would go there any time of the time day if I could! We are too busy to walk in the mornings now . . . the kids both have school so I have to get them ready. But I used to walk through our local college before having a family - I loved it particularly on foggy, overcast mornings! These days I try to do the same, but only after the kids go to school . . . by the time I am done with errands - it becomes mid morning.

One time when I was over there, I walked up the hill to see the sunrise .. We started walking around 5 am and by the time we reached the top of the hill, the sun started to rise .. It was awesome!

I am sure it was @epiffanie. I love that kind of view as well. The sun is already the reward of the day.

I use to get up and walk early in the morning to walk to work. I would leave here at 5:30am. I like early morning walks and watching the city slowly come to life as the time passed. I haven't done it in quite some time but I have to get at it again. I need to get back into shape.
