Catching Up with Notifications and Taking a Break from the Place

I'm finally down to about 70 notifications and I'm a bit ahead in that I have until tomorrow, Saturday to get the next group before they fall off. Rather than just doing the notifications I decided to look at a post written at that time to make sure I got back to everyone that paid me a visit. I may have spent time with some of them last week, but now that I'm no longer keeping track, I've no idea. So, some may have gotten a double visit.
I may try to do that each day just to make sure I'm not missing anyone. And, I may go back further to do it with some of the older ones too, although I don't have that much time to be here right now, so that may need to wait.
Since it's been raining most of this week and I've been here playing, I will reach payout. So, I'm going to try to stay away the rest of today before work. I still have a lot of invoices to file away and get into the program before that. I'd like to get my dinette back in order again. The only way to do that is to stay away from here.

Yes, I have. That's why I feel I can spend time elsewhere for the rest of today. I only have a few hours anyway before I will head to work and I have an errand before that. I reached payout this past Monday morning. What I'd like to do is work hard next week to make a dollar then, so when we get paid I have something good to start with in the bank.

@vandana7 I have enough for today, Vanny, to reach payout. I'm more interested in having enough for next month and if I do it will be the first time I've cashed out two months in a row here. I'm not going to be here long enough to write more posts and interact with everyone that stops by. I don't consider that fair.

@MarshaMusselman I have to plant cabbages and spinach, they should grow during November, before the snow of December.

@LadyDuck It's too late for us here in Michigan to plant anything and expect the results before the first frost. In fact, the first frost can happen at any time. After last Fall/Winter though, we've no clue when it may happen.

It's rained most of this week, so I've not done any gardening as yet. I don't expect it to get too cold until the end of October, so I hope I have plenty of time to get at that. I hope to plant flower seed before winter and we now have to plant grass seed into the ruts left by the crane.

Boy howdy! I have gotten through so many notifications this evening. I decided since @GardenGerty and I got back to her house sooner than I thought we would that I would devote the entire rest of the evening to mylot. Boy have I been all over this site.

It is amazing what we can accomplish here when we have a nice block of time with which to get around.
That was the first time I ever read that the two of you were close enough to hang out and that she did quilting too.

Those aren't geraniums, Dianne, they are verbena. The leaves are much different.

The dinette will be an ongoing process although I did get a few things on my old desk gone through and thrown away or kept in a better place. With having extra time off the next few weeks, I'm hopeful I can get more done at night since I won't be cashiering.

@just4him It would be if I were following through with that idea. Mainly I've been veging in fron of the computer while doing a bit of laundry or dishes on the side.

Most of us know that well especially those of us that connected with others on different sites before coming here. We don't want to miss what's happening with our friends.
