Tonight's dinner is going to be a healthy, delicious dinner. Are you ready? Tonight we will be having baked flounder. I love flounder.
Being served with the flounder will be a baked potato and some home made cole slaw. I can't wait.
We have been trying to eat seafood at least one a week. It is supposed to be good for you.
At first I thought fried flounder and French fries would be the pick of the day. Then I thought again.
I decided to go with the body friendly baked fish, cole slaw and baked potato.
So folks. what for dinner.

Yum. Not sure what's up for supper tonight just yet. Last night was canned dinner chili supper time: kidney beans and tomato sauce with a couple of home tomatoes chopped in and garbanzo beans. I did cook a carrot in, though. And onion. Spring greens on the side with a vegie sausage. Canned oranges to finish.

Fish is good brain food. So good for us. Most of it is anyway. It's a good idea to check online to see how much of back minerals some fish has in it. Now days you can't be too safe.

@HazySue It's not that I don't like fried foods - I can't eat anything fried. I cannot tolerate any amount of grease. I have not eaten at a fast food place since '85.

@AbbyGreenhill I have to say you are probably better off that you haven't. All the grease. salt, and empty calories aren't the best for the body.
