Oh my goodness. I am so happy! I had discussed with my daughter this situation with Josh and his makeup work. I felt that since he hadn't gone with the plan he and I set down we were going to have to get sterner. I had negotiated, reminded, and negotiated again yesterday until I was beside myself. So, I planned to take his Xbox until all work is done unless he got upstairs and to work after dinner. Dinner came, dinner was finished and nothing. We both know that if he gets back into the Xbox there is no tearing him away. So, I had Cami go take his dishes and tell him definitively that he needed to get busy on his make up work. She did and then went outside. Next thing we knew he was trudging up the stairs to his room. Yah! Now to see actual work accomplished at the end of the evening.
