GIMME Coffee!!!

I'm in dire need of a cup of coffee. Usually I wait until I've had my coffee to do things so that the coffee/caffeine has a chance to get my mind going. But, this morning I am a little backwards and it's been over an hour since I got up and I still haven't poured myself a mug of elixir. Do you ever get distracted? Probably a silly question cause I'm sure most of us do. While I was in the shower I remembered I need to bring my moms will to the lawyer for my appointment this morning. I had all the other papers but had totally forgotten the will (DUH). Since this was primary on my mind I knew I had to put it with everything else when I got downstairs before I forgot. My mind remembers less and less and I hate to blame it on old age. Anyway, while looking for the will I got sidetracked with other papers and stuff that was in my moms "important papers box" and totally forgot my coffee. Now I NEED to sit and gather my thoughts while the coffee does it's trick. Once my head clears I can make sure all my papers are together and I have everything I need for the lawyer appointment.

It is understandable why you are feeling distracted. You have a lot going now. Just take a few minutes to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. There is just something about that first sip of coffee in the morning that makes you feel so much calmer!

You surely have so many things to do and so many papers to go through that it's normal you forget something.

I am trying to avoid coffee now. It can collect more sugar in our body and sometimes, can cause insomnia.

I never seem to get distracted enough to forget coffee. Every morning, I walk like a zombie to the kitchen to make coffee before I do anything else. I can't function without it.
