Going to bed at 9 pm

Exactly, going to bed at 9 pm is a thing that I aim to do one day. And I really need to do it some day. I've been exhausted on the last few weeks but the problem is that I can not go to bed early. I don't feel sleepy at night before 11 pm but then I spend the next day tired during all day. And here I am, 11:30 pm right now and I am only going to bed now. How sad is this? At what time do you usually go to bed? Do you feel tired on the next day?

I usually go to bed around 11:30 but I don't sleep until an hour or two after that. I play with the kindle in bed, games or read and then watch Netflix.

@fufurinha Yes, for me it's more than enough, but I do not sleep 7 hours because I spend most of the night turning and tossing. I usually sleep from 11 up to 3 am, then I start to turn in the bed. When my husband gets up earlier, like 4 or 4:30 I get up too.

I am always tired when I get up it seems. When I work I get up at 430 Am but I try to go to sleep by 9 as well. Have you ever tried taking Melatonin (natural sleeping aid)? This works for some.
