I'm lazy, so don't have a picture for my post. I did take a picture of the QUILT-O cards while we were playing that I shared on rabadaba....just didn't email the photo to myself.
The meeting went well. I wasn't even totally nervous over reading the minutes. I was feeling nervous for another reason.
QUILT-O was fun. I got 2 QUILT-O's pretty quickly. I took a grab bag for my first prize which ended up being some powder that is supposed to repair fabric without sewing and one of the things you can clip to your shirt to have your little scissors right with you. The second win I took a yellow fat quarter to add to my stash for a quilt I do hope to make.
The lunch was fantastic!! When you have 60 or more ladies bringing foods in for a carry in dinner, it's always awesome. I sure got my fill. I couldn't fit all I wanted on my plate and intended to go back. By the time I finished what I had taken I was too full to go back and get more.
I was so tired when I got home that I set my alarm for a 40 minute nap. My alarm went off and I couldn't stay awake. Another 40 minutes later I woke up, but I was still wanting to just sleep. I forced myself out of bed as I knew I have too many things to do to sleep my afternoon away.
Just when I got myself organized to work on these bags for Christmas and got some things started here on the computer, it was time to get kids from school.
I'm still feeling pretty scatterbrained, but things are slowly getting done. I just wish time was a little slower as it's now 5 pm already!
How has your Monday been?

That I can understand @Shellyann36 with 3 boys to keep up with you probably need naps just for that reason alone.

At the time you posted this I was getting finished at the chiropractor. It was very much a Monday, kids off schedule for many reasons. What were you feeling nervous about?

Nervous about Johnathons trip to KC. He did get to call his girlfriend once he got there, so he did arrive safely. I will be even more nervous when he's done and we have to be the ones to pick him up.

I wish there was something like that here. 60 people is a lot. The food sounds like it was wonderful and congrats on your wins. No wonder you were so tired. Yesterday, I finally was able to transfer my drivers license to Kentucky so I am happy.

Pretty busy every day. Anxious now on getting these bags done in time for Christmas. I have a huge stack of fabrics to get cut before I start putting more bags together. Hopefully I do have the fabric cut by next Friday so that I can sew on them at sit n' sew at the quilt shop.
