What a Day!

Today was my appointment with the orthopedic surgeon. I don't eat anything before hand when I know I will be going out. I hate having to search out the public bathroom and use of public ones urkes me. It was snowing slightly when the cab came. The driver was a jerk and acted like he was mad about something from the very beginning. I asked him how his day was going(just trying to be nice and cordial). He mumbled something about not the best. I replied with something like "Oh, so nothing for the record books then,huh?" He replied with a flip "Literally not for the record books!" He drove like a race car driver. As if he was in a race. I know these drivers drive pretty fast but this guy was rediculous. Way too fast. I was glad that the drive wasn't that far. When we got to the doctor's office he wouldn't take the taxi voucher because it wasn't signed. I told him they rarely do sign them. He said he had been working for the cab company for x years and they have to have them signed. I showed him a receipt from a previous ride and it wasn't signed. (When I checked later out of eight only two were signed) Then he grabbed the voucher out of my hand and said he'd have the office sign it and was off inside the building. I was about to tell him that this office was not where I got the voucher. Oh well! I am on my way inside as he passes me with a mad expression on his face. I asked for the receipt and he gives it to me and rushes on. What a jerk! I get into the exam room and see the doctor. He has good news. My shoulder is fine. He said it was inflamed but the rotator cup was not torn. So, now I need to get going on some physical therapy. I am so happy!!
