Sewing Cabinet Update

Its now 1/3 done and my husband thinks that was the hard part. One big problem was parts not labeled correctly is slowing us down. We will see in a few days whether the pieces are correct. I am headed to look at video to see, if our work looks correct.

We have built kits before, so we were prepared to take several days to build. Neither of us sews on a machine, so we will see how well the sewing machine sits in the cabinet. My daughter loves to sew, so the cabinet is for her machine.

I think my husband is right the hard part is done. Next time we will get the sides up and I know that will be exciting to see the shape form. Right now, my living room floor is covered with parts. Several of our friends sew and I should have called to have one come help us. Our daughter was at work, so has been to busy to assist us. I don't sew with a machine and now appreciate the sewing cabinets I have seen together.
