It has been a full day

Today was the herbal class day. We concentrated on holiday teas, hors d'oerves and some very sweet treats. Classics like meringues with lemon curd. As soon as we grabbed a quick sandwich at home we were out the door. Hubby wanted to pick up something at a junk yard near the place we were looking at a vehicle. We went to look at the vehicle. They were asking $500, we offered $400 and it was accepted. We had to buy a new battery in order to get it home. It has another problem with the transmission but it appears that it is possibly from having been over filled. Hubby can fix it. It is a 1991 GMC Jimmy, and some of the paint is very worn, but the heater definitely works. Hubby will no longer turn into a popsicle on his commute. Hubby wanted to eat out, and we had a bit of grocery shopping to do. On our way home he drove all through our little town, looking at lights. I finally am at home, doing my online work before heading to bed. I am sipping Tazo Tea, an herbal blend called wild sweet orange. It is wonderful and calming. Soon I will go to bed.
