My Christmas Tree

I am enjoying my Christmas tree. My tree is decorated with various ornaments that my children received over the years or ones they made when they were little. Now there are ornaments that I have been gifted from by my grand daughter and ones she made just for me. As I place each ornament on the tree there is a memory that goes with them from Christmases past. I know a lot of people go with themes and colors but my tree is always decorated with memories.

I think they are so much more meaningful that way and it just adds to the wonderful feeling of Christmas.

It is so beautiful! =) Our children have never made ornaments-how crazy is that? And I just realized it after reading your discussion. When we move and get settled that's something we are going to do for sure! Then I will put them on our tree. =)

My tree is also decorated with sentimental ornaments and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Your tree looks beautiful

mine was also till i got where i was shifted here and there by my grown kids with no home of my own. it is a marvelous tree

It is very pretty. I also decorate with the decorations that the kids made when they were little. The younger kids and I decorate new ornaments almost weekly.

@Happy2BeMe Yes, lots of good memories. Of course, we are running out of space on the tree. I have come up with ideas to use them to decorate the windows too. I have attached some to the Christmas lights and I have created some with the cheap $1 ribbon from dollar tree.

Thank you..I offered my children theirs but they said they wanted me to keep them on my tree. When the time comes that I am done with them they will have them.
