My Favorite Part Of Christmas!

Despite the fact that this year chirstmas and New Years falls on the weekend so I wont get a break from work, im still very thankful that I get to spend time with my children and wife. The christmas tree is up and full of gifts already and we are all counting the days to wake up on Christmas and open our gifts.
My favorite part or christmas is the morning of the 25th when my kids are happily opening their new toys and spend the morning peacefully playing with eachother.

Well, we don't celebrate, but my favorite part is when we walk up the street to the bar for a couple of Christmas pitchers.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX - Well, we're both atheists, and neither of us really like our respective families. But at the community dinner across the street, we are respectful and bow our heads during prayers, of which there are quite a few.

Since Christmas is on Sunday most places (at least in my experience) give the next day off.

Your kids are so adorable! =) My favorite part of Christmas is when we read the story of Jesus and then the kids open their presents.

That sounds nice, we arent very religious but I do make them tell me what they are grateful for and we have a family breakfast together before opening gifts

My favorite part of the holiday is getting together with my immediate family and eating the great Christmas food my Mom cooks. She always goes all out and there is always left overs to eat for days after :)

Yeah I love my moms cooking, she always make us her cheese cake and we bake a few chickens stuffed with cranberry sauce

They look happy and ready for some big time fun. My favorite part of Christmas is when I meet someone else who snarls at the commercialism and chats with me about what Christmas is supposed to be about. That and A Charlie Brown Christmas. And Miracle on 34th Street. And being with friends and family. And fudge. And the looks on kids' faces on Christmas Day.
