~The Reminder I Needed~

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been here this morning. My friend text me at 8am this morning asking if the kids and I wanted to go to church with her this morning. I was SO excited! I miss going so much. 
We went and it was just what I needed. God reminded me through the Bible study that He is in control and He has everything in His hands. I knew that but I felt God speak to me so much this morning, it was awesome. 
I feel like I can go on and keep going. I'm hoping we can go to church as a family every week soon. My husband had to work today so he couldn't go. =( Maybe next week we will all go...
How's your day been so far?

That is wonderful. I am glad you and the kids got to go. It is such a great feeling to go to Church. I hope once things calm down a bit you will get to go more often.

I know how much you enjoy going to church. So glad that you got to go!
I finished up my shopping. Well, still have a few things to pick up, but will do that later in the week. Now I am going to bake some cookies.

@Juliaacv It's sometimes easy to forget the meaning with everything going so fast and being so busy. We do need to remind ourselves of the true meaning whenever we can.

The last two Sundays at church have been amazing for me, and both times it felt like the sermon was directed specifically to me and my situation. And like you said, it restored my faith that God is control of the entire situation. Both Sundays I walked away feeling refreshed and alive, and the heavy burden of worry lifted off my shoulders!

@LovingMyBabies It definitely is awesome when God speaks to us! And it's definitely awesome when we actually listen to Him, instead of resisting and constantly trying to do things our own way.
