~Gosh I Miss Her~

I was on the phone with her for almost 2 hours! The time went so fast I didn't even realize it was that long. Every time I talk with my grandma time just flies by like that. She's like a mom to me, I love her so very much. I know she's getting older and it scares me-I don't know what I will do without being able to talk to her. 
She still lives in NY where I was born and raised so I don't get to see her much at all. I wish I could though! I would love to spend an entire day with her again. Maybe one day I will get to see her again, I hope and pray.
I think I stressed her out today telling her everything that's going on with us. She said Jennifer it's not me going through all of it and my stomach is in knots! Lol.
She asked how we are going to get everything done with almost no time, trying to move, get gifts, wrap them all, etc? I told her by the grace of God. She said oh my goodness. 
Poor grandma, didn't mean to stress her about our issues!

I am sure grandma is just worried about you that's all. How long has it been since you seen your grandma?

@Tina30219 It's a long trip for her and she doesn't drive like I don't. Maybe one day we can take the trip there to see her though.

Sounds like your grandma is very concerned about you and with good reason. You have a lot on your plate. Does your gram have a computer so you can use Skype or maybe Facebook so you can have a video chat? That would be lovely if the two of you could do this.

I can understand how you feel for your grandmother because I feel the same way about mine. She has been gone about 25 years or more now. She was my caregiver while my mom worked so she and I became very close. She is my guardian angel now and she and mom look out for me. Glad you have her. She cares about you so much or she would not be so concerned. You don't want to hide things from her though.

@LovingMyBabies .....Maybe you could Skype with her some time. Then you could at least see her as well as talk to her. I sure do know how you probably feel about her. I feel that way about mine. They are sure special people.

@celticeagle Yes she is so special. I wish she had a computer but she doesn't even have a cell phone still! She uses the house phone to talk on and isn't up with technology at all.

@LovingMyBabies time passes quickly. I hope you will see her again. It is hard when there is such a distance but yes it is nice that you get to the talk on the phone.

@Juliaacv Yes we do. Her and I are super close and love each other so much. Yeah she's always worrying about us, I'm grateful she cares so much. She did tell me she is very proud of how well I have handled everything, which was nice to hear.
