Can't Get Comfortable

I have no idea what is wrong with me. My back has been so sore and hurting for the past week. I don't know if I am getting sick or if I am just like sleeping wrong or if it is even from the weight gain that I had. I personally think maybe it is a combination of all 3 things. I don't know what to do to relieve it. I think I am going to take a hot bath when my son goes to bed so that maybe my muscles relax or something. Any suggestions to help me out? Any ideas what could be causing me to not even be able to sit in a comfortable position?

I think that a combination of the 3 is a good guess. A hot bath could be useful, but you should see a doctor.

@IvySaysHi Yes, the legs problem is surely due to the car.

the bath helped. I don't have the back pain anymore. my legs are sore now but i suppose that is from being in the car for over an hour today.

I saw your post and suggest seeing a doctor, if it continues to hurt. My back was bothering me a lot and doctor told me to lose weight. He said 15 pounds and I have lost several pounds and it has stopped hurting. I'm exercising with stretching and yoga. Also a hot bath can help and hope you feel better quickly.

The hot bath did help me out. I am sure my weight gain has plenty to do with it

I have to sit slouched and leaning to the side to view my sons computer screen while we do his cyber schooling and it bothers my back. I find yoga really helps! Give some easy slow stretches a try.

I think I might start doing yoga every night before bed to stretch myself out.

Bad backs are the pits. Mine hurts occasionally but luckily not all the time.

Thank you, I am feeling better today. Last night I had a very hot bath before bed.
