Trying These Products

My hair is no longer as healthy as before like the one in the picture which was taken not so many years ago. I have natural brown hair with thin strands and I think they get thinner as the years pass by. I had read the benefits of castor oil in making the hair thicker. I had also read that it would be a lot better if mixed with vitamin E oil. So, I am going to try these products and hopefully after how many months, I will grow thicker hair strands and healthier too. I am also trying the castor oil on my eyelashes. What product is effective for thin hair?

@ridingbet Whoa hahaha and I also bought an anti hairfall shampoo a while ago. Waaah I think that is really for me because it's the last bottle. There are other bottles but not anti hairfall.

That castor oil is very sticky, you might not enjoy using it on your hair, better just use aloe vera gel, the plant leaves I mean.

@brokenbee hahaha yes the smell is awful but do you know that the more smelly aloe vera is, the more effective it is.

Yes, I had tried that before but sometimes I don't like the smell of the aloe vera leaves. Hihihi Yup, castor oil is very sticky. I had to wash it after how many hours.

so you're mestiza because you have natural brown hair. hehe. how do you put castor oil on your eyelashes - with a cotton bud? won't it get into your eyes?

mestiza? nope.. Hahaha The first time I applied it on my eyelashes, I made use of cotton buds. But I found it better to apply it using my fingers. I just have to close my eyes and apply a little. That was also my fear before but since it is sticky and you just put a little, it won't get into the eyes.

Do you want to have thicker hair? Mix together one egg yolk, one tablespoon of a hair oil (the one of your choice) and two tablespoons of water. Use this mixture to massage your scalp thoroughly. It's natural and it works.

@ladyduck after massaging the egg yolk, hair oil and water into the scalp, what's the next step?

@brokenbee @hereandthere No the mix is not smelly, apply once a week, you do not need to keep the mix on the scalp, simply massage and then rinse with clean water and if you want apply a bit of shampoo and rinse again.

Wow! Thank you! How often should I do that? And how long should the mixture stay on my scalp? Isn't it smelly? Hihihi

If I will just trim my hair, yes, I think that's okay. Actually my mother suggests that I have my hair trimmed monthly.

And nobody would even notice you had thin hair at all! I believe it's a really brilliant idea...for men. Though at one point in my life, I had thought of shaving my hair off.

Aloe gel from real aloe plant. Our house help had very thin hair and she had some bald spot. She just picked some aloe leaves in my garden and applied it daily on her bald scalp. After a few weeks she noticed some hair growth.

How do you do that? Just mix the two or apply the castor oil on the scalp then the vitamin E? My hair also got thinner because of rebonding. It also became drier. Good thing, my officemate told me what she was using to make her rebonded hair shiny.

I don't know, I usually go to the barber after two to three months to cut my hair.

Health of anything comes from within. If your hair is an issue, applying something to it might make it seem thicker, but it won't help it grow thicker.
