— Allman Brothers drummer Butch Trucks killed himself in front of his wife, Good afternoon.Has anyone heard of this happening? Butch Trucks shot himself in the head in front of his wife. He was one of the original drummer out of two. there is more information coming through. The date was last month of January 27, I have a few of their album
Midnight Rider by the Allman Brothers.

I remember Allman Brothers Band - Ramblin' Man. I think it was a big hit. I wonder why he would kill himself?

Tht is horrible, if he had to kill himself he should have had the decency to do it in private and not scar his wife.

I did not hear about this, but that is absolutely terrible to have happened in general, but also to do that in front of a person, pretty messed up..
