I´m waiting for the taxi to take me to the Metro. I usually start the day happily. Now I´m sleepy and I´m walking like a zombie. Is it I dread another surgery?I don´t even want to think all the steps I have to do first at the hospital.
The taking out of the catheter in under one of the helps from the government but I have to pay a deductible.

The procedure will take place in March. The doctor is going for his vacation now. But first I have to have all the tests that are prior to a surgery.

@marguicha
Yes you would have to have all the tests done because it is a sort of operation. I would have thought that they would have done that before now.

@LadyDuck WE ll have to have a basic insurance too that is taken from our earnings even when we are retired. If we want more, we can pay for it. My health insurance is better than the basic one. But there´s no insurance for dentist or homeotatoc doctors. The insurance has some dentits that are affiliated to them insome way and charge less. Still dentist are very expensive.

@marguicha The health insurance is mandatory here for everyone who wants to live in Switzerland. There is a basic service that covers the all doctors, hospitals and all medicines.There are additional insurance if you want to have covered the dentist and homeopathic doctors and medicines, that are not covered by the basic insurance.

@marguicha I have read that there is a project to include the annual teeth cleaning among the covered medical fees. I would be glad if at least this will be covered.

The sugestion made by the oncologist that I should take away the catheter means that she thinks that the lymphoma is in complete remission.

A hospital visit and the expense is enough to cloud anyone's spirits.
