~My Appointment Is Today-C-Section Or Not~

Good morning everyone! Today I have my OB appointment. We will find out if Josiah turned head down or if they are going to schedule a C-Section. I am a little nervous but I know it's in God's hands. Unfortunately since we have no babysitter here I will be facing this appointment alone since the rooms are too small for our whole family. 
I am feeling overly emotional today but I'm not feeling guilty for it since I haven't had an emotional day in a while. You could say "boo" today and I could end up in tears. Lol.
So, I will spend time here on and off until my appointment at 3 this afternoon. Please be praying or send positive thoughts that either way this labor goes well...

@celticeagle Sadly, nothing would be good news at this point unless I can go to sleep and wake up with Josiah in my arms. Either way I'm scared...mostly of the pain involved. =( Thank you for the positive thoughts.

@LovingMyBabies It is a pity! I am blessed to have many friends nearby that helped me when I was in chemo. I think many times that they were part of my being well now.

Sending lots of positive thoughts your way hope he turned. If he has not I hope everything goes well with the c-section. Today is a day where you need nothing bad going on for you with it being an emotional day for you.

@Tina30219 Thank you. I really don't know which way I want it now because all the issues I'm having in my back already. =(
I know my doctor will think I'm losing it today when I break down on her but oh well. Hopefully she's used to it by now...

@Tina30219 Yeah the spot I posted about. The lump on my lower back. I have all back labor so it worries me a LOT with natural labor. But a c-section scares me too. I don't feel like I have a "better" choice at this point and that's hard to handle.

Either way, things will work out just fine. It's okay to grieve the loss of the birth you wanted if it does end up being a C-section, and I'm sure there are others besides me who would be happy to tell you about theirs to help you prepare if it's necessary. I sincerely hope it isn't, though, and I'll be sending good vibes your way today.

@yukimori With my back issue I'm not even sure I want a natural labor. I am just scared of the pain and the unknown either way to be honest, I don't like any of my choices. I want to go to sleep and wake up with him in my arms. Ridiculous and selfish of me...I know. Lol.

@LovingMyBabies No, very human of you.
Has anyone ever told you that it's okay to be selfish at times like this? It is. You're sacrificing a lot to grow that new little person, and pregnancy isn't exactly a walk in the park. Being able to go to sleep and wake up with that little person in your arms would be amazing after all those kicks to the ribs, bladder, and stomach! Not to mention the indigestion, heartburn, morning sickness, and everything else that comes along with pregnancy...

@yukimori Thank you. I feel guilty when I'm being selfish. I have been through so much, I am just exhausted at this point with life in general. I am ready for it all to be calm and going smoothly.
