Happy Feet! Or, um...Toes!

Well, my Mom is finally back home, yay! And to celebrate, after getting her settled in, I decided to paint my toesies. I call putting bright colours on my toe nails, happy feet, or, um, toes, hehe.
I once painted each toe nail a different colour and my friends called me flower toes, I politely thanked them. Do you like putting different colours on each nail, ladies? Or do you like to stick to one colour?
I am not a naturally glum person, but the worry over my Mom really got to me. Plus I had to have a chat with medical staff who had been unkind to my Mom.
I think they say if a Capricorn is angry, give them space and if an Aquarius is angry, run like all get out and don't look back, or some such thing, I might have it mixed, but, well, either way, I am Capricorn and Aquarius, so like I told a friend....give me space and run like all get out and don't look back! They were much kinder to my Mom after my chat with them.
But, now my Mom is back by us, we are going to do our best to get her tons better!
She is healing from the hysterectomy, but her lungs and skin still need to improve.
She is also watching Cricket on the telly today, our team is doing great. And our 7's Rugby team is currently the best in the world, that puts a smile on my dial, I tell ya'all!
And tomorrow night we will be watching our favourite dance show together!

hmmm, that is a nice description of how a Capricorn and Aquarius get angry. i am a Scorpio and i imbibe the traits of being one.
good to know your mother is recovering, but may i ask why the medical personnel were unkind to her?
beautiful painted toenails as well. my toes are vein-y.

Hi, @ridingbet. I have a friend who is a Scorpio and he does not take nonsense.
My Mom is a quiet person and not forceful, she asked for help three times and still did not get assistance, so I asked them why this had happened and then they started being sarcastic with her. So I talked to the matron and then things got better.
Thank you :) . Maybe you could try light colours for your toenails.

Yes, being a health care provider is tough and a person must really care about and want to help people to do this for a living. Yes, the matron did indeed talk to those who had treated my Mom like that and things then improved. :)

@bluesa yes that is a trait of a Scorpio. we are passionate and we are faithful friends. there are so many traits a Scorpio personality has and i have most of them.
being treated by health care providers in sarcasm is a big no-no because professionally and ethically, we must understand how patients are. i hope the matron gave a word to these people whom you asked assistance from./

@bluesa Saying your feet were okay was a huge compliment, honest! 
I do not like feet. At least you appear to be bunion free, hairless, and no fluff between the toes. 
Yeah, they look good painted, and I like women who take pride I their appearance. I have no preference as to whether they are all one colour or not, but I do like the red on yours.

I am sure with your care your mother will improve healthwise in no time. Love the toenails! I rarely polish mine. There was a time when I did both my fingernails and toenails. Now I just don't seem to care.

Pretty toes. I have done every other toe a different color .Glad to hear your mom is home hope she continues to get better daily. Not sure what we are doing this weekend hopefully something fun like shopping.

I am so glad that your mom is back home and I think your toes are lovely, I usually use one color and it matches the seasons except when I opt for blue lol

I plan to relax this weekend. I may need to get groceries but other then that I plan do nothing. I rarely paint my nails anymore but yours look bright and sunny. I used to paint them a different color every day when I was young to match my clothes until one morning I started getting sick to my stomach from the fumes.

@bluesa The painted toes are beautiful.I do not paint my toes.Only colorless nail polish.But I like beautifully painted toes.My daughterinlaw is one who experiments with colors.Have a nice time with your mom.

Glad your mother is now back home and she is slowly recovering. As for the toes did was there only enough for one foot in each bottle? A good and imaginative way to use it up! LOL. Looks very pretty by the way!
I am looking after my wife who is also post op. She is definitely better today because she is moaning and criticising ! LOL

I am so glad your mom is home and recovering. Love the toes, I don't do my own nails and when I have my toes done I usually just get one color but I might have to try this next summer just to see what people say to an old broad with cool toes....

Your happy toes look fabulous on you and news of your mom being home makes me happier. I'm a one color type of girl for fingers and toes. I'm thrilled that you are your mother's best advocate! Enjoy your TV time together! I'm so busy this weekend, I have no business being here.

Glad your mom is back mom and recovering. I love the toes and the colors. I sometimes use different colors. I love the bright colors too. I don't really have any plans for the weekend just yet.

Your bright toes gave me a boost on this cold winter day and made me think of summer, beach and flip flops. Glad your mom is home and resting and I'm sure she'll recover quickly surrounded by love. So far I don't have anything planned for the weekend but sometimes those turn out to be the best ones.

Nice colors on your toes! I usually use many colors in one nail and do all kind of patterns :) it's difficult with my left hand but I'm getting better at it
