I am running late back soon. Had to stop after breakfast and have the big wounds dressing changed boy does that thing hurt. I did not
\s l eep well because of pain. breakfast was okay I had a bagel this
morning with the scrambled eggs and sausage.Cocoa flavored
oatmeal was great, cranberry juice, milk and coffee.Had to wait to get my dressing changed on my arm so Im a sissy to pain going to ie and see if I can nap. kinda late at nine am.
see yoii all later.I cut the plastic \of the new mattress so I wold not slide [ out of bed again.

Sorry you are in so much pain. Hope it heals quickly for you. Good idea to cute the plastic. You don't want that to happen again.

Cranberry juice sounds good. I haven't had that for quite a while. Had orange juice yesterday.
