Cream for our legs.

I have been having very dry skin ever since I had my chemo. I blamed the chemo, but did nothing about it. Two days before going for her vacation, Leticia went to a dermatologist who told her that it was a must to moisturise her legs with a cream. As it did not have to be the most expensive one, I bought two familiar pots, one for her (my gift) and one for me. Now, when I´m watching TV with my legs uo, I put cream in my legs. They are already much softer

It is a good idea to moisturise you legs if they are drying out. Even better if you can get someone to massage them in for you so you relax!

@garymarsh6 It is a good idea. But I don´t know how expensive that would be.

@marguicha I was thinking more along the lines of therapeutic touch! Someone doing it for you so you can really relax!

Coconut oil is wonderful. The problem is that it is very expensive here.

That's a good idea to apply cream to your legs. They used to do this to my Mum when she was in the nursing home.

Seek a cream that is not too expensive yet made by dermatologists. I should have done that before.

@andriaperry I don´t know what that is. But if you were told to use that, do it. I was alone when I started my chemo. I wasn´t able to think about everything.

I thought aloe gel would do the trick. How about having some plants around?

I don´t have that around. But I might bring aloe cream or gel if it is not too expensive when I go to Aruba.

I always moisturize my skin after my morning shower and before getting dressed during the winter. I have to as it is so dry.
