Lasagne tonight
This evening I decided I would make a lasagne, seeing I had things need to make lasagne, which I bought last week but never, got around to making it.
I did all the prep work, making the white sauce and cooking the meat and tomato sauce, put it all together, sprinkled cheese on top and in the oven for 45 minutes.
When it was done, I plated myself some up and mmm yum, yum delicious, will freeze the rest.
What did you have for dinner this evening or going to have?

Oh my gosh that looks so good

@kevin1877uk And I forgot the other thing he doesn't like is cheese so lasagne is pretty much off the menu. But I have it when we go out occasionally.

I think I'll have a portion of yours, it would save me getting up and going to the kitchen.
