Good afternoon.Sunny and mild with some fair weather cloud.
My report from my doctor was good and pleased.Going to drop the anxiety pill.
Change my blood pressure also. The one that I have now.Dry cough which I do not like.We are trying out a new medication on this.
a footnote:Do you think that you can be happier with fewer option ,or fewer ingredients. For me I was much happier with less choice. How about you.

Yes, I'm learning that I don't need as many things as I once thought that I did! It took me a long time to get here!! lol

I like choices, although I usually don't change my choices very often. One less pill to take is a good thing. My bp is good on my meds, even being sick it was 117/70

it depends on what you are talking about. To buy insurance I want a huge choice so the prices are low due to competition. but for a loaf of bread, yes less is better.

I would like much less choice! Just to buy a dozen eggs we have to make so many decisions. And it is the same with everything.

I've become very minimalist the last decade or so. The fewer options, the better.
