Here we are at the beginning of another week and a new season...

Good morning all my fellow mylotters! Today is the beginning of a new week, a new season and it is International Happiness Day. Funny how it all happens to fall on a Monday!! 
The sun is shining and everywhere you look you see smiling faces. It is wonderful how the change of the seasons can make so many people feel happy. I love it!
I had two hours sleep last night. I couldn't sleep. My brain just didn't want to shut off. I think it is going to be a long day at work. I am sure it will hit me mid morning and I will be ready for a nap. Hopefully tonight I will sleep good.
I hope wherever you are in the world that you are smiling and having a wonderful day!! On this International day of Happiness, are you feeling happy today?

I've had a little more sleep than you did, so I'm slowly waking up with my coffee this morning. I have a busy day ahead of me and looking forward to getting things done! Good luck staying awake at work! Hope it turns out to be a truly wonderful day for you!

Oh, I am so sad about the 2 hours sleep, Saturday I had 4 hours and I was pretty much in a fog all day yesterday. Hopefully tonight you will get a good nights sleep.

I am feeling happy today! If you feel tired at work - There are "power nap" meditations on Youtube with relaxing musci etc. Listen to one on your break and it will help you feel better!
