Well... It turns out that all those promises that the property manager made concerning working with me, has been denied by corporate. I am okay as a tenant. But despite the fact that I was robbed, and the crime advocacay is going to be paying the rent, they refuse to waive the $100 late fee. These people are jerks, with no heart to say the least.

They are jerks!! While they have the right to charge the fee I feel they should have the decency to waive it.
Put a review on Ripoff Report, Yelp, and any other place you can find and let people know how morally bankrupt this company is. Put it on Facebook and any other social media you belong to. You may even get a call in a few day offering to waive all or part of that fee. They don't want the kind of publicity you're capable of giving them. Believe me, it works because I have done it.

yeah, I hope you can find somewhere else to be cheaper and better, but I am glad you have found help with the rent
