How much time you invest online

Ten years from now was a period when lesser people were online, now more and more people across the glob are coming online and interacting with each other. There are different arguments about how good or bad it is? but my point here is how much of your time you are investing online and how much of it you consider is good enough for you to come online. By saying so what I mean is if you are coming online for say 3 hours and you are segregating it into 2 hours as study 1 hour as entertainment etc etc. and by the end of the day you feel fulfilled. what would be your answer. how much time do you think will be ok for you to come online, what would be you term as wastage of time, what would be you consider as good use of online time
