So when you say you can't find anything to respond to, maybe you aren't looking hard enough.
And before you get your panties in a bunch, I'm guilty of saying it too sometimes.
Of course, the actual number available is below 3,000,000 because deleted discussions still get numbered sequentially like all others.
But yeah...that's a BUNCH of words.

Once, years back, I decided I was going to respond to every discussion here.
Then I realized I couldn't.
Spending an average of 5 minutes per discussion (to open it, read it, and respond to it) would mean I could only respond to 105,120 per year...and that would be without sleeping at all.
With 8 hours of sleep each day, that comes down to 70,080 per year.
And that still doesn't leave time for work...or eating...or bathroom breaks.
Meanwhile, during that year, at least 127,750 MORE discussions got posted.
I gave up.

@JolietJake I do not even try to respond to every discussion posted here. I am becoming more picky, there are a lot that I skip now.

Thats a huge number.How many of them can we relate to is the question! And there are no categories so that we can find what interests user. we can search with key words though.
Was just curious how many discussions get added everyday on an average?

Yeah, there are three sets of numbers...the first is number of discussions, the second number of responses, and the third number of comments
