I know how to spell...why doesn't my keyboard?

I know my browser does, because it likes to remind me when my keyboard misspells something.
It's like the characters on my keyboard shift places while I am typing, and suddenly 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' becomes siercajifrfilidticexpoaludicious.
Do you think it would help it I put new letters on it?

I agree, but I hate when even spell check does not even know how to spell the word I am trying to spell. It is like damn, you are that dumb.

What gets me is at times when I simply forget how to spell a word I use (and type) all the time...I sit here frozen staring at the keyboard

I think your keyboard has been worn out with many letters being totally illegible.

I've given it much heavy use...most of it here, probably...since November 2009.

@JolietJake You can cut some letters and paste them on the keyboard.

I hate buying a new one when this one still functions good, but some days I just can't quite remember where everything is.

So sorry your key board is misbehaving, Mine is likely to do that on a daily basis too...Trust me, a new one will not be better than the old one. I tried that!

I get the 'extra' letters occasionally too. I must be bumping the edge of the key next to the one I am aiming for.

@JolietJake hmmm, seems some of the letters in the keys are already gone. that is one reason too why i have the new keyboard. the letters are all big and bold.

I'm not sure of the actual 'meaning' but it was a popular phrase used in the movie 'Mary Poppins' back when I was a small child

Irritating, ain't it? I can physically write stuff for days and not misspell a word.

yes it would definitely help you. it would be easy for you to type if you put the latters on the buttons.
