So I'm just looking at a site checking prices for stuff.
And I thought I'd see what a couple more condenser mics would cost me, and I found this.
$29.99 for one - with free shipping.
Or $99.99 for two - with free shipping.
Both at the same site.
So I can buy three single mics for $10.02 less than what I would pay to order a pair. 
Sometimes I wonder what is wrong with the world.
(Edit - it appears the single mics are on sale but they didn't put it on the ad - but the 2-pack is NOT on sale)

I went looking around the site a bit more...it seems the $29.99 is on sale, usually it is $59.99 each

I cannot understand, but may be is a marketing strategy, they show a much higher price for a pair to convince people to rush to buy the single one. Marketers can be nuts.
