I'm looking for ways to use donuts or bagels in recipes. I don't eat either one and have won a bunch of them today. Its harder to believe I opened 6 wins today, so should shop at Von's all the time. Hope you all have been having a great Tuesday.

Thanks I lost so much weight and am trying to find ways to not waste anything. I eat so much fresh food now that I was completely clueless to use 6 coupons.

@marguicha Yes, I was over weight last year and Doctor told me to lose weight, so now want to make sure the pounds don't return.

I'm going to see how bread pudding is made. I eat a lot of fresh food these days, so this should be an interesting new dish.

@Courtlynn I'm making Bread Pudding in the crock pot. Found a recipe with an apple, dried cranberries, raisins, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, vanilla and 4 bagels. Husband and daughter are willing to try it.

You can try to make bagel pizza - put some tomato sauce and use whatever filling you feel like for you bagel and then bake it in the over. Or you can simply make bread pudding with it. I have no idea what you can do with donuts though

I decided to get 4 bagels and make bread pudding. Never made it before; however, found a recipe with some healthy things in it. Its a crock pot recipe, so should be easy to make it and my family is willing to try it. One of my neighbors heard from my husband about the free bagels and she told him bring some over and their house will try it also.

Fancy winning a bunch of things that you don't use. That would be a bit annoying.

I felt in a panic opening 3 in a row with bread product, as its never happened before. Now that my street knows I am making bread pudding I know that several people will visit me knowing I have stopped baking bread. It really has helped me keep my weight down.

@Fishmomma It's good if you have worked out what helps to keep your weight down. It seems to be different things for different people.

If I still lived in Oregon, then the donuts would have disappeared fast, as my brothers live there. I had a huge garden when I lived there, so it was a huge change moving here to year round growing in a small space vertically.

@chrissbergstrom Until this year I missed the rain and changing seasons. Its really dry here and I wear shorts most of the time. This year its been wet at the beginning of the year and now I think many would say its hot; however, we had had some breezy weather.

Have eaten doughnuts but not bagels...Can't you just eat them on their own, with a cup of coffee perhaps

In the old days I would have purchased donuts; however, I eat really healthy now. I ended up making bread pudding and most of it from the first recipe went to a few friends, who were happy to eat it. It was more surprising to see how many free donuts or bagels won in one day. I won several more after posting and made bread pudding twice and the second recipe looked better than the first.

Mini pizzas on half a bagel each. Or grind them into bread crumbs. Donuts become bread pudding.

Thank you will go see what I need to make bread pudding. Bread crumbs would be an interesting with egg to coat chicken. I was so floored to open 3 donut or bagel coupons in a row and just couldn't figure out how to use so many. I will see what is in a bagel, as I don't eat a lot of bread anymore. I lost a lot of weight and don't want my freebies to make the scale go up.

My neighbors offered to eat some, as they know how hard it was for me to lose weight. Several Mylot Members all suggested giving up bread products and when I saw 6 wins it was shocking. I'm glad that several people are going to eat some of the dish.
