@thelme55 Bresaola is air-dried, salted beef, it is aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red. It must be sliced like the Parma ham and it is usually served with a bit of olive oil and sliced Parmesan.

Ham and Parma ham are also delicious @LadyDuck. I have not heard of Bresaola.

It is very nicely presented that sandwich looks good. I love salami too. I would add provolone in the Italian style.

Multi grain bread is my favorite. I like vegetable, peas or fish fillings. Sometimes I might have a simple peanut butter sandwich.

I love smoked turkey in a sandwich. I have the butcher slice it paper thin and then I pile it up with a little cheese and whatever vegetables we have on hand.

@thelme55 I think so! My family like the turkey too. But most of them have a different favourite. Hubby loves the spicy meats like capicola and Genovese salami. My son loves them too.
