I just missed a chance to become a millionaire and I feel really bad about it

Well so much had been said about bitcoins and how the price of crypto currency had been going up lately, years ago I already knew about bitcoins but never really took it seriously, my God they were just almost giving it away as tipping coin and I thoight it would just go the way of e-gold, tough luck for me. Well at least I was able to get some satoshis a year ago and other altcoins, it wont make me a millionaire but at least it would still be modest money, next time I would keep my mind open but opportunities like this are hard to come
Bitcoin hit a fresh record high above $2,100 on Monday with the cryptocurrency continuing its strong rally.

Some people are meant to be the millionaire, but some are not. As to you, you are meant to be a billionaire

@louievill Ha? So, they didn't ask for your paypal address when you registered. That's suspicious.

@SIMPLYD btc is semi anonymous, it's not site where you sign up, its digital money in itself. What I meant was if I become millionaire, you will recieve a PM from me asking for your paypal address so I can send your 100k " balato"

Yes I remember this and did nothing. I should have but I should have is not going to make me rich now. If so, I would have been there with you to straighten out the light pole. I remember a Lotter do not recall the name telling us to buy bitcoins.

At least I got some since I got into it more than a year ago, I've got satoshis and a pool of other altcoins not just bitcoins that are still on the high side, just been to the site where I buy using paypal but their inventory is out of stock due to a lot of new customersit's now going down but I would take the risk and hold on to my coins and purchase somemore, that's how crazy I could get. Oh yeah, the pole, you won't straighten it up, we just need to create awareness, that's why your costume for the electric pole dance is ready, If I hit that, the one way ticket to the Philippines would have been ready by now

Can you remember where you placed it? or what wallet you created to put it? People now are treasure hunting old pc hard drives that has a not so sure but I think "wallet.dat" file something and try to brute force open it. One bitcoin now is 2,200 dollars, if you can find it you are rich!

There is always that " if" lol! anyway it's not late, if you buy now then who knows it mught go up to 10k, 100k dollars but the only thing it would already be too expensive, around 130,000 pesos, the risk now is just too high. Don't be discouraged, there are hundreds of other alt coins out there and one could become another BTC. some are selling less than a dollar so I bought and kept some, who knows.

He did not keep it up? Even if he did not keep it up, he must have set aside even a few ones in some old PC or wallet file, bitcoins do not disappear cause it's part of a blockchain, if it's lying there somewhere and if he could open it, 1 btc as of this writing is now 2,600 dollars

@Tampa_girl7 oh I see, your son mined coins, yes 6 to 7 years ago it was possible to mine BTC even with just a computet cpu but it gets difficult every year, if he clung on to that he would be a multi millionaire by now. I also have litecoins, I agree it is easier to mine and price had also increased 10 fold. Say good luck to your son for me

@louievill he had a machine that he built that made the bitcoins. Then technology changed and his machine wasn't producing them fast enough. He did make a little money while he was doing it. I think he only has lite coins now. I think that's what they're called. I'll ask him about the bitcoins. He mined the bitcoins about 6 or 7 years ago.

I buy lottery tickets everyday but the odds of winning is unthinkable, I buy simply because the agency that sells them here helped a lot of people, some I know personally, as to winning I doubt unlike bitcoins I had the knowledge and skill to do it, guess I wasted my time on other things online.

On the contrary its not good to buy any kind of commodity when the price is already going up since the tendency is to go down, those who made it big speculated when it was an unknown.

Bitcoin and altcoins is new tech, its digital money, money that would later on replace money and concept that we know today. Just a friendly advice, spend some time on research and reading if you have the time to learn more. It's very interesting and revolutionary similar to how the internet revolutionized everything.

Theres no way I could have known. I mean back then bitcoin was not even recognized as a currency. Back then we just focus on online earning and blogging which was way more popular. But if i could ever go back, it's not bitcoin that am going to focus, it's lottery

@Letranknight2015 you don't have to buy bitcoins right away, you can buy fractions or satoshis, in pesos. Of course you can get it free thru faucets but it would take longer. I need to work now in my shop will PM you later and show you a secret if you dont mindit would be advangeous to learn it now.

Not knowing anybody does not mean there is no one, the article says it all, think those who trusted and clung on to their coins made a sizeable amount and most likely they would keep silent.

@LadyDuck buying shares and buying bitcoins is almost the same, it's speculation, price could go up or it could go down, you could make money or lose money. I think there is a move now to list bitcoin with Nasdaq. If stocks have Warren Buffets, altcoins have them too although btc was built somewhat around anonymity.
One 30-year-old purchased his first batch of 5,000 coins for just 20 cents each. They've increased in value by more than 35,000 percent since
