Are you sure you saw a mouse?

A few days ago, my fiancé told me he saw a mouse in the kitchen.
We went to Home Depot to purchase the sticky mouse traps. I questioned if it'd work since my dad would get the actual old fashion traps if we ever had mice problems.
2 days later of leaving the mouse traps out there was no mouse to be found. I asked if he was sure he saw a mouse? At this point he was like maybe it wasn't. He originally placed two traps out and put one back in the box yesterday.
Today he's proud to tell me, the mouse has been caught!

Those things work really well.
They are the best to me as the rodent can be taken outside, not be left to rot away in the walls with poisons.

They're still alive right? Just stuck.
I don't know how it works. I didn't further ask my fiancé. I'm there over there yet.

Oh... Thta's so horrible. Mouse is a very scary animal fo rme. I am glad that it was caught. But I doubt whether there are still mice left? If I were you, I would consider to have a cat. It is the best way to get rid of the mouse. I heard a good cat can make the mice away for the whole floor

@infatuatedbby How come you will be scared of cats? They are adorable creatures I think the mouse is available everywhere, of course including my country. But we don't have mouse problem in my house and we don't have a cat now.

@infatuatedbby I remember we had a problem one time at my parents' house when I was a kid. Once my mom lifted up the garbage can in their room and there was a mouse underneath. My mom screamed so loud that it made the mouse freeze . . . she had enough time to get the broom and smack it!

That is good. My parents' have RAT problems outdoors. Sewer is across the street, but nothing inside thankfully.

The sticky traps are definitely more humane than cutting them in half with a regular trap.

@infatuatedbby - Luckily, we don't have a mouse problem. It would give the cat's something to do, though.

I used to get a different brand in the store when I saw mice in the apartment. And caught 3 of them.
