Full morning corn moon

Okay, technically a day past full, but looks close enough for me.
I stopped dead in the middle of the highway (after making sure it was clear behind me) to snag this shot as I was on my way to feed my sister's cat-herd this morning around 6 AM.
The sun hadn't quite cleared the eastern horizon, and the moon was setting to the west.
Shot this out through the passenger window, it actually came out better than I thought it would.

What kind of tech did you shoot this with? Looks highly defined to be a camera phone, and looks too wide angled to be a dslr. Nice shot though.

That's the worst thing about all the trees around the house, it makes it almost impossible to take a good moon shot from the yard.
