My writing journey continues- hopes and struggles!

A few discussions back, I had talked about taking part in a writing contest. Well, this week, I sent another entry to Month 2 of that contest- that will run for a few months more, as different authors set their rules and give passages to write around. This time, I wrote a serious flashback kind of a story where a character talks about his experience of his stay at a certain place. It was pretty serious and very different from he Action-Thriller stuff that I normally like writing about. I am keeping my fingers crossed on the outcome. I am hoping for the best, but I know my writing journey will have its struggles, ups and downs. And coming weekend, I just might devote some more time here.
