My Eating Habits Are Changing

I remember the time when I used to have things like ring dings, twinkies, and such sitting in the middle of my kitchen table. Not so anymore, I now keep those things stored in a cabinet so I don't see them. That way I am not tempted to eat them.
Now I have a beautiful display of various fruit in a glass plate sitting there. I arrange and rearrange the fruit to look inviting
I have been doing very well withy my new eating plan. I don't want to call it a diet anymore. I like the idea of it being a new eating plan.
I am not craving the sugar or salt the way I did before I started changing my eating habits. Food seems to taste better now.
I am so glad I read about the Whole30 diet here on @just4him post.

I changed my eating habits over the summer, with lots of salads and fruit. Now that it’s cooler I notice I’m reverting to my old ways (and pounds). It’s never easy. Someone needs to grow broccoli that tastes like a Ho-Ho!
Good luck in your endeavors.
