Stop the wrinkles

As we age, wrinkles will inevitably appear on your skin. You cannot stop it but will be able to slow it down. Some people aged over 50 or even 60 can still maintain fresh young face with little wrinkles. Some can do that with the help of surgery, while others use natural approach like eating the right food and drink, work out regularly, never stay up, etc.
Do you mylotter have any other tips for reducing wrinkles on your face?

Well I say to sleep as much as possible that you need and also drink enough water to hydrate..and do not let the sun dry out the skin. And maybe an apple a day.

They say that at an early age we must start taking care of our skin, less all our abuses will reflect later on when we age.
To help avoid wrinkles, avoid sun exposure. Use sunscreen and protect yourself from the sun. Eating healthy is very important sames as stay hydrated always and get enough sleep. Plus avoid smoking.
