Funny Story

One of the contestants on Jeopardy tonight had a funny story to tell:
He was doing some car repair in his driveway for several days. This cat kept coming to visit. Every day. He didn't feed it or anything but it kept coming back until one evening it was just waiting in his driveway for him when he came home. Now she is a part of his family.
He calls her The New York Times, his "grey lady", and he found her in his driveway.
Thought that was pretty cute.
** Note: "the Grey Lady" is a nickname given the New York Times due to it being regarded within the industry as a national "newspaper of record".

I wonder why the cat kept returning even when no food was offered. Maybe he talked to it and the cat missed that?

@celticeagle Well, yes, but it may have been for a specific reason which we'd never know and neither will that guy since no one can get a solid answer from the cat itself, lol. At least the cat now has a home.
